For the homeowner who wants to have their home Professional Staged
Initial Visit: 1 Hour
$125.00 (Payment due at time of visit)
This is a verbal consultation and walk thru with you to discuss a plan of action for your home. We will be focusing on areas and issues that need to be addressed before staging can proceed. Notes should be taken by homeowner at this time.
With your permission, we will take a few photos of your rooms. Within 2 business days you will receive a proposal for our staging services, and an estimate of rented accessories or furniture if needed.
We can do as little or as much as you want, from 3 rooms to the whole house. Our Staging Services can be tailored to your budget.
Once you've reviewed the proposal and decide to move forward, we will return to your home to review our strategy, set up any additional contacts for you if furniture is to be rented, and decide on a schedule. At this time, the Staging Agreement will be signed and a deposit will be required.
Our full staging service also includes (at no additional charge):
- Quality photos of your staged home to be used for marketing and to share with your listing agent
- Additional Internet listings of your home with your Agent's contact info
- If necessary, a recommendation list of additional changes that can be made in and around your home to increase buyer's interest, and additional marketing ideas

For the homeowner that would like to do the staging themselves, but needs to know how
Full Staging Consultation with Written Report: 2 to 3 Hours
$300.00 (Payment due at time of visit)
This is a very active consultation with some hands on staging with you. We will go through your entire home, inside and out. You'll receive a written room by room report at this meeting of everything that needs to be done in your home, to achieve maximum results.
The report will include furniture and accessory arrangement, how to solve clutter issues, storage solutions, paint color suggestions, contractor and Realtor referrals. |
